Eat Well, Be Well aims to help people become healthier by using Noom, an already proven health and well-being weight-loss company, a registered dietician, and a certified personal trainer. Groups of twenty people will be selected to receive a one-year Noom subscription, along with nutritional and fitness support through online support groups run by our staff. We have found that individuals taking part in our Eat Well, Be Well program are happier and healthier; some no longer need specific medications associated with leading an unhealthy lifestyle. Participants of Eat Well, Be Well will have access to Noom for one year and additional support from Edge Forward’s team for three months.

AdvantEDGE aims to help disadvantaged youth between the ages of 16 and 21 learn how to become successful leaders from experienced entrepreneurs and experts. Mentees will receive a Dell laptop to help them on their journey and allow them to take part in virtual meetings with their mentor. Our experts will spend between three months to one year mentoring our participants through email and virtual meetings. The Edge Forward Foundation hopes to create lasting bonds between mentors and mentees where Edge Forward and our mentors can watch former participants grow into the leaders they want to become!
